The Book<\/a>\u201d has an entire chapter dedicated to the Airing of Grievances.\u00a0 The author has included some useful tips, and it even includes ideas submitted by other people during the 2014 Festivus Survey.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Here is an excerpt from the section of the book which gives examples of how others air grievances with their family:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We \u201caye\u201d or \u201cnay\u201d each grievance and argue about the worthiness and validity of the complaint.<\/li>\n<li>Grievances are light-hearted followed by a gag gift after each grievance.<\/li>\n<li>We hand out lemons with grievances and then take the lemons the next day and make lemonade. \u201cWhen life hands you lemons, make lemonade!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So <a href=\"https:\/\/festivusweb.com\/blog\/airing-of-grievances-festivus-2015\/\">air those grievances<\/a>!\u00a0 It will lessen your load, and if you do it right it will be both fun and liberating. To get you started here are some of our favorite <a href=\"http:\/\/festivusweb.com\/\">FestivusWeb.com<\/a> grievances from the past\u00a0year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I have problems with people who sing while they\u2019re working.
